The rent depends on the type of the premises, the technical facilities and the size of the office, the length of the lease, as well as on the extent of desired changes to the premises.  

We do not use the CAR!

The minimal renting time is 1 year.

Operational costs - ENERGY SAVING!

  • Heating: based on the billing of the gas supplier in proportion of the floor space. The temperature within the buildings is controlled with thermostats.
  • Electricity: depending on the type of the premises, flat rate or measured with separate power meters.
  • Water, sewage: depending on the type of the premises, flat rate or measured with separate flow meters.
  • Waste disposal: The lessee makes the contract directly with the A.K.S.D. Kft. according to local regulations.
  • Joint costs includes all the expenses associated with the maintenance and the high quality operation of the territory and the buildings located on it.
